My experience was niche for a first time.
They sent me both the wrong orders and refunded my same orders twice when one item was out of stock.
Kayla, the representative that was the first responder, was unduly patient and professional with my case. The team really came through for me and gave me this one for free on top of swiftly provided refunds.

This is my second purchase from Ecosusi! I absolutely loved this bag, and received complements as well. Although it had some problem with a stain, the customer service was prompt and very helpful! I got a third bag from them after this one. And it will definitely be coming back for more. They have some of the prettiest designs and good quality!
It works well enough but is a bit awkward since the crossbody strap still has to deal with the full handle as well. It's especially hard to set if you use a wheelchair since it's a bit in the way of your arms but it's cute, easy to open and a solid structure.
This bag is pretty good quality. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good. Like a reviewer said before, it does need some reshaping once it’s shipped but it can be easily done by stuffing it with clothes.
This is a very structured bag made of good strong materials. Inside is spacious and you can fit everything that is needed for daily use. You are able to close the bag by the drawstring feature.
This is so cute and would make a great gift. It's so cute though I'll be keeping it for myself. Love that it's timeless and so chic. Lightweight and as pictured.
