I experienced a few hiccups with the delivery. The bag arrived a little later than expected and was dropped off at a different location from the one I had communicated earlier. However, the bag itself is absolutely beautiful, and I’m loving carrying it! It’s a backpack, and I’ve already received so many compliments. Despite the delivery issues, I’m really happy with my purchase!
The inside is super well organized and spacious. The quality is good and so pretty. I bought this as my first backpack and I'm starting college. I'm super excited to walk around campus with it! Shipping was so fast too!

This backpack is exactly what I wanted! It has the style you would expect from Ecosusi plus it’s more spacious than any of their other backpacks. I can fit my laptop plus several books/binders. Pockets on the sides hold my umbrella and large water bottle. I use this backpack to bring my things to school as a teacher plus as a my personal item on a flight. I love it!
You cannot go wrong with this bag, the straps were fine for me. It has room for laptop and work related things. It can get impressions, if you rest extremely heavy things on it, like a suitcase lol, so watch what you rest on it. But it's a gorgeous buy through and through.
Absolutely beautiful backpack! Fits my work laptop, A4 planner and my 1L water bottle in the main compartment. For those interested, the side pockets also fit a 1L water bottle (or at least they do for mine). Shoulder straps are very comfortable and I have already received compliments because it is so cute. Very happy with my purchase 😊
It's very well made and perfect size to put everything you need and then some more.. love the design. Shipping took a bit longer, but that's not an issue for me. 5/5 would buy again from Ecosusi (and probably will). :)

The backpack and also the makeup bag are well made, they are spacious and nice to the touch. The delivery process was very long unfortunately, but the products were definitely worth waiting for.
This bag is exactly what I was looking for. Its so soft and cute, has tons of pockets and i love that it has two pockets on the the side for a water bottle or travel umbrella. I bought it specifically because I will be commuting to work on public transit. I love this bag!

I’ve been using this backpack for work and been loving it so far. It fits my 16 inch laptop, headset, and notebook, with extra space for wallet, pens, chapstick, etc. The material is soft, not stiff. I hope this backpack lasts a long time!
